Miss Clements Stampede 2008
Sarah Dee Shively

Sarah Dee Shively reigns as the 2008- 2009 Miss Clements Stampede Rodeo Queen. The 18 year old cowgirl from Burson, California is exceptionally proud to be representing the Clements Buckaroos, the Clements Stampede and her community this year at many different rodeos and premiere events. After graduating from Calaveras High School in 2007 with FFA honors and a 3.6 GPA; she decided that she wanted to get actively involved in the grand sport of rodeo. She was a member of the Mokelumne Mounties Jr. Equestrian Drill Team for two years and received the Bud Pate Award along with Mountie of the Year 2005. She has been actively competing in barrel racing and the California Gymkhana Association since retiring from the Mounties in 2005. She has been a member of the Clements Buckaroos for a couple years and fell in love with the spirit of rodeo and the divine ladies that represent them long ago at the 1998 Clements Stampede. This year she wants to motivate young people to take charge of where they are headed in life and to get involved in the vast sport of rodeo. She is prepared to be a positive ambassador for the Clements Stampede, this years Series of rodeos, and the men and women involved with the club.
Sarah Dee is scheduled to appear at such rodeos as: Calaveras County Fair and Jumping Frog Jubilee, Rowell Ranch, and Turlock Rodeo, Livermore Rodeo, and the divine Reno Rodeo.
